Farm Site Manager

Inicia Ltée is currently recruiting a Farm Site Manager.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSABILITIES

• To organise farm and packing plant activities withing set timeframes.
• To manage resources efficiently.
• To perform daily farm and packing plant inspections
• To ensure proper poultry husbandry techniques are applied.
• To ensure proper maintenance of equipment and buildings.
• To monitor stocks
• To maintain information system up to date.
• To produce reports as and when required by management.
• To ensure that farm activities comply with government regulations, company standards, ISO22000 system, health and safety standards.
• To ensure biosecurity measures are strictly abided by.
• To ensure good animal welfare
• To ensure on site training to new commers.
•  To assist in any other ad hoc duties and projects

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTE

• To be able to work under pressure to achieve set objectives.
• To promote or improve efficiency in assigned duties.

WORK & EDUCATON

• At least 3-5 years in a similar position
• Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Computer literate – MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Holder of a valid manual car license
