We are seeking a proactive and skilled Facilities Technician to ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of our building infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular maintenance and inspections of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems

• Respond promptly to repair requests and emergencies

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and safety checks

• Support inventory management of tools and equipment

• Communicate effectively with tenants regarding maintenance and scheduled works

Requirements:

• Qualification: National Certificate Level 3 (NTC 3) in Electrical (Plumbing optional) or equivalent

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role

• Education: School Certificate (SC)

• Language: Fluent in spoken and written English and French

• Technical Skills: Proficient in using maintenance tools and performing basic facility repairs

• Other: Must hold a valid driving license

• Strong organisational skills, self-motivated, and a good team player
