Assist the administrative office with the delivery of documents, payments, and other official items when required
Reporting to the Facilities Officer, the Facilities Assistant will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the organization by assisting with facility maintenance, logistics, and internal deliveries. The role involves performing minor maintenance tasks and providing administrative delivery support when required.
What you will be doing:
Assist the administrative office with the delivery of documents, payments, and other official items when required.
Conduct minor electrical, plumbing, and general repair work, and perform routine maintenance to ensure collection center office facilities remain functional and well maintained.
Support the Facilities Officer with facilities-related duties and projects.
Maintain the vehicle and any assigned tools or equipment in good working conditions.
Monitor and report maintenance issues within the facilities.
Follow all safety standards and regulations related to transportation and facility maintenance.
