Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate & supervise activities in his/her department
- Ensure Guests’ / Repeaters’ satisfaction at all times and be totally aware of their preferences
- Ensure that respective team projects a warm, professional and welcome image
- Handle and monitor of guests complaints and the relevant follow up action required
- Interact regularly with guest to obtain feedbacks for improvement
- Manage Roster and set the annual operating budget and ensures that it is strictly adhered to and managed on a monthly basis
- Establish cost management plan
- Manage each kitchen outlet as independent profit centre
- Collaborate with the F&BM and RM to develop strategies and special events to promote sales
- Ensure respective Team Members are operating as per Quality Management System
- Ensure respective Team Members are operating as per S&H regulations and policies
- Maintain good housekeeping in his / her Department
- Menu engineering processes
- Prepare and communicates the Kitchen Operations plan and monitors its implementation
- Ensure that Outlets are in good running condition
Candidate's Profile:
- Degree in hospitality / tourism management or any other acceptable qualifications, experience and career achievement are essential together with academicals requirements
- Diploma with specialisation in Food Production from a recognized institution
- At least 8 years work-related experience in a supervisory position in Kitchen operation
- Computer literale including hotel management system
- Enthusiastic professional with a dynamic personality
- Fluent in English and/or French both written and spoken
