The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the General Manager, ensuring efficient coordination of executive tasks and smooth operation of the office.
- Handle administrative tasks such as expense reports, procurement requests, and office supplies management.
- Support the General Manager in monitoring daily hotel operations by liaising with all department heads
- Assist with follow-up on Key Performance Indicators (KPIS), audits and compliance reports
- Promote the image of the Hotel
- Maintain a personal attitude of a high standard and quality, which produce efficiency and productivity of the department
- Assist with special projects and strategic initiatives assigned by the GM.
- Stay informed about ongoing hotel activities, service issues, and operational challenges across departments.
- Assist in the preparation of budget, forecast and coordinate with Finance Department for budgeting requirements
