The EAM - Operations will be responsible for overseeing the day to day functions across multiple properties and business sectors of our hospitality group with the project growing to more than 320 villas residences and penthouses.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Director of Operations/Regional Director to manage all areas in accordance with brand standards to achieve a friendly atmosphere of superior guest service and product quality.
- Oversee the daily operations of the villas, residences and penthouses.
- Provide direction, guidance and support to all Operating Departments
- Ensure that all operational departments are maximizing revenue and profit potentials while minimising costs
- Direct the seamless delivery of guest services across all operational departments with a sharp focus on quality and consistency
- Ensuring that industry regulations health and safety standards, and environmental guidelines are met.
- Focus on sustainability and energy efficiency to meet modern guest expectations.
- Implement and enforce policies and procedures designed to ensure that each guest has a pleasant stay.
- Create and nurture a property environment that emphasizes motivation, empowerment, teamwork, continuous improvement and a passion for providing service.

- Have a strong organisational and leadership skill and collaborative management style

- Excellent communication skills to effectively articulate operational strategies
- Deep understanding of hospitality operations, service delivery, and guest engagement
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Understanding of hospitality excellence in luxury operational environment
Qualification
- Holder of an acceptable qualification in Hotel Management, Business or related field from a recognised institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience at operation level in the hospitality sector
