Electrical Maintenance Manager

This position leads Operation, Maintenance & Safety of all electrical installations of the site

Profile

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics or Instrumentation or Mechatronics
• Experience in handling Electrical HV / LV Installations, Machinery Operation & Maintenance, 
• Knowledge of Electrical Safety protocols & regulatory requirements 
• Experience in FMCG / Food & Beverage industries
• Knowledge on ISO 50001 is desirable

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all the equipment are in good working condition by planning & executing preventive maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance to all regulatory requirements pertaining to Electrical installations, Lifts, Tools 
• Energy Management - Record, Track, Report and Improve
• Plan & Execute maintenance of Fire Alarm, Lifts, Generators and other installations
• Plan & manage optimum inventory levels of Spares & Consumables
• Trouble shoot problems on PLCs, HMIs, Electrical installations 
• Train / Coach the team members on increasing their skill and adoption of new technologies
• Attend to breakdowns, if any and ensuring the equipment or process is UP in shortest time, even in odd hours.
• Compliance to Documentation & Reporting standards as per the company’s requirement.
