To drive the growth of the e-commerce business by overseeing all aspects of online sales and digital marketing initiatives. Responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase revenue, enhance customer experience, and strengthen the brand’s online presence.

 

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Ensure smooth functioning and user support for the e-commerce platform. 
  • Promote adoption and consistent use of the online booking system with existing and prospective tour operators. 
  • Input and maintain all hotel rates, special offers, and contractual conditions in the system accurately and in a timely manner. 
  • Update all rates and offers immediately in case of changes or new agreements. 
  • Load and manage inventory (room allocations), including release periods and stop sales.
  • Ensure that all product content and pricing are accurate and up-to-date across the system.
  • Liaise with hotel partners and suppliers to obtain missing rates, special offers, or to resolve discrepancies. 
  • Attend meetings or conduct site visits with suppliers when necessary to strengthen relationships and ensure data accuracy. 
  • Maintain a well-organized filing system for all received rates, contracts, and documentation for audit and reference purposes. 
  • Work closely with the Marketing department to align digital strategies and promotional campaigns with e-commerce objectives. 
  • Support marketing initiatives by ensuring relevant content and promotional offers are reflected accurately in the system. 
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy, reliability, and timeliness in all e-commerce operations.
