Health & Safety Assistant

Panagora Marketing Co. Ltd is looking for a dymanic and motivated Health & Safety Assistant to join their team!

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing the company’s Health & Safety policy, procedures, and risk controls.
• Conduct regular site inspections, hazard identification, and near-miss/incident reporting; follow up on corrective actions.
• Conduct risk assessments and related SOPs.
• Coordinate delivery of PPE, maintenance, and regular inventory.
• Plan and conduct H&S inductions and awareness campaigns.
• Maintain H&S records and dashboards (incidents, training, audits, permits, etc.).
• Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and regulators on H&S matters.
• Initiate and participate in HS routine checks (drills, first-aid/fire equipment checks).
• Any other cognate duties assigned by the H&S Officer

Profile

• Degree in Occupational Health & Safety (or closely related field).
• 1–2 years’ experience in an H&S role (FMCG, logistics, or warehousing exposure is an advantage).
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent with MS Office tools
• Valid driving license
