Main responsibilities:
- Lead the hotel’s day-to-day operations during shift and oversee front-line operations, including check-ins, restaurant service, and entertainment activities.
- Handle guest feedback, requests, and complaints with professionalism and tact.
- Monitor and support after-hours deliveries, security, and emergency protocols.
- Promote hotel services and offers to boost sales and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Ensure health, safety, hygiene, and grooming standards are met.
- Act as the main point of contact for guests and emergency services in case of incidents.
- Uphold company values and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications and profile:
- A Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or Tourism Management and 3-5 years of experience hospitality industry, ideally in supervisory or operational roles
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Experience in hospitality or a similar customer-facing role.
- Understanding of hotel operations, guest relations, and staff coordination.
- A team player with an eye for detail and a heart for service.
