Lead the hotel’s day-to-day operations during shift and oversee front-line operations, including check-ins, restaurant service, and entertainment activities.

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Lead the hotel’s day-to-day operations during shift and oversee front-line operations, including check-ins, restaurant service, and entertainment activities.
  • Handle guest feedback, requests, and complaints with professionalism and tact.
  • Monitor and support after-hours deliveries, security, and emergency protocols.
  • Promote hotel services and offers to boost sales and enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure health, safety, hygiene, and grooming standards are met.
  • Act as the main point of contact for guests and emergency services in case of incidents.
  • Uphold company values and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications and profile:

  • A Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or Tourism Management and 3-5 years of experience hospitality industry, ideally in supervisory or operational roles
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Experience in hospitality or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Understanding of hotel operations, guest relations, and staff coordination.
  • A team player with an eye for detail and a heart for service.
