Our Client, an international company involved in financial services and based in Ebene, is looking for a Driver/Messenger.
Responsible for:
- Driving for official travel and business purposes for the company
- Despatch of documents
- Any other administrative work delegated or to be performed from time to time
Key responsibilities
- Sort couriers to be delivered according to the delivery route
- Clean vehicle and ensure vehicle is kept clean, tidy and in good working condition at all times;
- Ensure vehicle is given regular / day-to-day maintenance checks: check oil, battery, brakes, tyres, etc.
- Prepare and submit vehicle monitoring report, including records of vehicle operations, maintenance, expenses, mileage, at end of each month
- Assist the Administrator Officer to inform and ensure vehicle insurance, registration and servicing is updated according to schedule
- Provide administration assistance at the office, including but not limited to: Photocopying, filing, handling mail, delivering goods and correspondences, carrying parcels, packages, and delivery and collection of official documents as required
- Delivery of documents as per destination on documents/packages
- Ensure that despatch book is always signed off
- Process payments with local authorities etc.
- Keep communication with office where there may be issues in order to resolve
- Do banking/posting as required

- Completion of work on a daily/weekly basis
Prerequisites/Experience required
- Updated Morality certificate not older than 6 months
- Proven track record
- At least 3 years’ experience
- Preferably residing in Plaines Wilhems
- Work independently as well as in a team
- Grooming must be professional
