Distribution Manager

The Fresh Food Distribution Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations involved in the storage, handling, and distribution of perishable goods.

This role ensures timely, safe, and
cost-effective delivery of fresh products from the farm to retail outlets, distribution centers, or
end customers, while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, quality, and regulatory
compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan & manage deliveries to reduce spoilage
• Oversee inventory & ensure FIFO rotation
• Maintain cold chain standards & food safety (HACCP/FSMA)
• Supervise drivers & logistics teams
• Monitor KPIs, delays & customer feedback
