The Digital Media Executive is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies across social media and other online platforms to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support sales growth
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute digital campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Manage daily content creation, scheduling, and publishing aligned with brand guidelines.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) to optimize campaigns.
- Collaborate with design, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
- Stay updated on digital trends and competitor activity in the retail space.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) and budget allocation.
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain and update the company’s platforms as needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital marketing or social media management, preferably in retail.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, SEO, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
- Creative mindset with excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
