Digital Marketing Specialist

We are now looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join the Neticon team based in Mauritius.

Job Summary

Working with our content, digital marketing and graphics team, the Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible management, updating, oversight, optimization, tracking and reporting of client websites, micro-sites and landing pages. The position will serve as subject matter expert in digital strategies, striving to optimize lead generation, nurturing, and conversion through various digital media campaigns. The successful candidates will have excellent opportunities to work with a passionate team and many international projects/clients in the Digital and New Media industry.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Bachelor degree in the marketing, communications, digital media or related field
• At least 3+ years of progressive digital marketing experience, including ecommerce experience
• Solid knowledge and experience in key areas of digital marketing (SEO, social media, content marketing, email marketing, PPC and SEM), web design, website management and content management systems.
• Proven track record of delivering multi-faceted, digitally driven campaigns from strategy through execution and leveraging data to drive strategic direction and optimize marketing programs.
• Proven ability to translate customer insights into successful digital marketing programs and a high degree of creativity to find new, compelling ways to reach and communicate with target audience
• Familiarity with social media management tools, marketing software, marketing measurement tools and web analytics/web tracking tools
• Strong digital copywriting, content marketing and both written and verbal communication skills
• Certifications related to digital marketing , web analytics/tracking or related (e.g. Google Adwords) will be a definite plus.
