Key Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy: Develop digital content plans, manage meta-ad campaigns, and support SEO, email, PPC, UX, and social media.

Budget Management: Monitor digital budgets and optimize campaign spend based on performance data.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align marketing strategies with business unit needs while ensuring brand consistency.

Content Creation: Design engaging visuals using Canva/Adobe tools; develop digital and print materials.

Community Management: Engage with audiences on social media, managing comments and messages.

Newsletter Creation: Write and coordinate newsletter content, highlighting campaign performance.

Key Competencies:

Industry Knowledge: Expertise in FMCG dynamics and brand management.

Digital Skills: Proficient in SEO/SEM, social media, content/email marketing, paid ads, influencer outreach.

Analytics: Skilled in Google Analytics, A/B testing, and data-driven optimization.

Consumer Insight: Strong grasp of consumer behavior, segmentation, and market trends.

Creativity: Capable of innovative thinking, strong copywriting, and visual content creation.

Technical: Experience with CMS, e-commerce platforms, and website management.

Project Management: Able to manage multi-channel campaigns, budgets, and timelines.

Adaptability: Quick to learn and adjust in a fast-changing digital landscape.
