We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Executive to lead and execute digital marketing initiatives across our diverse business sectors — incl. Construction (goods and token), Electrical Goods, and Travel Agency.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital trends and strategies, with hands-on experience in managing social media, developing marketing plans, and executing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing & Strategy
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to each sector of the business.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across all digital platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Analyze market trends and customer behavior to inform campaign direction and messaging.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.
Social Media Management
- Manage daily operations of all company social media accounts.
- Create and schedule engaging content (text, image, video) for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- Grow and engage online communities through organic and paid strategies.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and customer queries promptly.
Content Creation & Management
- Collaborate with internal teams and designers to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Write compelling copy for ads, blogs, email campaigns, newsletters, and product descriptions.
- Maintain and update company websites and landing pages using CMS tools (e.g., WordPress, Wix).
Email Marketing & CRM
- Develop and manage targeted email marketing campaigns.
- Use CRM systems to manage customer journeys and lead nurturing processes.
- Segment mailing lists and personalize communication for higher engagement.
Advertising & SEO
- Plan and manage paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) within allocated budgets.
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page/off-page SEO strategies to improve search rankings.
- Optimize campaigns for lead generation, brand awareness, and ROI.
Brand Management
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably across multiple sectors.
- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital advertising.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and analytics tools.
- Proficient with marketing tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms.
- Creative mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively across different business units.
Preferred Skills (Optional but Valuable):
- Graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva)
- Video editing and content creation (Reels, Shorts)
- Basic HTML or website maintenance skills
- Experience with eCommerce or booking systems (particularly for travel)
