Digital Marketing Executive

Supports MEA marketing with focus on automation, content, branding, competitor analysis, and reporting. Reports to Digital Marketing Manager MEA and collaborates with agencies per strategy and budget.

 

C. Key Responsibilities

 

Marketing Automation

  • Create automated marketing workflows in line with defined marketing campaigns
  • Manage databases, segments and processes in line with data privacy best practices and regulations
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of automated marketing activities and produce campaign reports
  • Optimise workflows to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the marketing programme

 

Digital Content Creation

  • Use best practices to create high-quality content relevant to the audience
  • Develop engaging and relevant content for digital channels (email, social media, display advertising, etc…) and website to drive campaign success
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with the design services supplier to create compelling digital marketing materials.

 

Competitor Analysis and Reporting

  • Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities
  • Prepare regular competitor analysis reports on competitor activities
  • Produce competitors' battlecards for key competitors
  • Provide ad hoc reports as required to inform strategic decisions

 

Translation

  • Simple translation of content from English to French and French to English for email campaigns
  • Coordination of extensive and technical translations with external translators or using technological tools

 

Events Support

Support the planning and execution of events across MEA. These include:

  • Trade events and conferences (in-person and virtual)
  • Webinars
  • Clients and prospects events
  • Joint events
  • Internal conferences

 

Marketing Support and Administration

  • Coordination of end-to-end process for content production
  • Coordination with internal and external stakeholders for marketing campaigns
  • Managing relationships and timelines with suppliers and agencies
  • Handle administrative tasks in relation to jobs performed by suppliers and agencies
  • Provide support in day-to-day marketing activities as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives.

 

D. Job Profile

Required Skills and Knowledge

  • Proficiency in using marketing automation platforms (e.g. Eloqua, HubSpot, Marketo)
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with experience in creating content for various channels
  • Knowledge of brand management and visual identity principles
  • Ability to conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis
  • Experience in preparing detailed reports and providing actionable insights
  • Skills in managing relationships with external partners and suppliers
  • Understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient with MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Skills with design software like Canvas, Adobe Express, Adobe Acrobat Professional, InDesign, and Photoshop Digital will be an advantage
  • Web CMS (SiteCore) skills and SEO skills are desirable
  • Previous experience with CRM softwares (SFDC) will be an advantage

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication or any other related field

 

Required Experience

  • 2 - 5 years past experience in marketing and communications - ideally within a B2B environment
  • Hands-on experience with creation of content for digital channels for B2B services industry
  • Prior experience in a digital marketing environment is essential
  • Prior experience working in international and multicultural environments
  • Prior experience in agencies or other fast-paced environments is essential
  • Proven experience in working on marketing automation campaigns
