The Digital Marketing Consultant (DMC) at Linkeo has as primary objective to ensure the satisfaction of our clients. The DMC is an autonomous, creative and diligent individual who aligns with the values of Linkeo: anticipation, availability, transparency and team spirit.

 

Primary functions

  • Processing client requests and internal requests by phone and email. 

  • Managing processing delays and client expectations while coordinating with internal teams and sales teams to find and formulate solutions to requests or issues.

  • Advising our clients on their website and linked services (including SEA/SEM campaigns). 

Missions: 

As Traffic Manager (TM)

  • Defining an SEA strategy based on the client’s needs and budget. 

  • Creating, managing, and optimizing campaigns (Google, Facebook/Instagram, Waze, etc.)

  • Managing a portfolio of clients, primarily small and medium-sized enterprises. 

  • Conducting regular client calls. 

  • Performing daily budget reviews. 

  • Analyzing results, proposing optimizations, and adapting content. 

  • Ensuring the smooth running of campaigns (increasing traffic and conversions). 

  • Auditing, creating, and analyzing reports. 

  • Preparing reports for the TM team manager. 

As Project Manager (PM) 

  • Get a clear understanding of the client's needs, assess the feasibility of the project, and ensure alignment with the contract.

  • Create the client’s brief, gather the client's deliverables, and finalize the necessary modules.

  • Oversee the website production from start to finish, and ensure optimal site performance.

  • Provide ongoing client support, train clients on module usage, coordinate with production teams, and suggest process improvements.

  • Preparing reports for the PM Manager. 

 

Requirements

  • Degree or certificates in Digital Marketing or equivalent. 

  • Excellent fluency in French and English (written and spoken). 

  • Successful professional experience of at least two (2) years in a similar B2B role (client relations, customer success, customer experience, customer care, or equivalent).  

  • Tech savvy or professional experience with digital tools and/or social media.


Hierarchy:

CS Manager + PM Manager + TM Manager

 

Working hours:

  • Monday to Friday at the office.

  • Summer/Winter hours: 5 AM to 2 PM. 

  • Transport to office provided.

  • 1-2 days/week WFH after validation.

  • Semi-annual performance bonuses after validation. 

  • Transport allocation: flexible per diem.
