Role Overview
We are seeking a Digital Growth Specialist to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention across our digital channels. This role is highly data-driven, focusing on optimizing performance marketing, improving conversion funnels, and leveraging analytics to deliver sustainable online growth. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with a strong grasp of performance marketing, CRO (conversion rate optimization), and growth hacking techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Performance Marketing & Growth
- Manage and optimize paid digital campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Display, Retargeting, Affiliate).
- Test and scale growth strategies to drive qualified traffic and conversions.
- Monitor ROAS (Return on Add spend), CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) , and other growth metrics to ensure profitability.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Analyze customer journeys on the ecommerce platform to identify drop-offs.
- Implement A/B testing, landing page optimization, and UX improvements.
- Collaborate with ecommerce and development teams to improve site performance.
- Retention & CRM Marketing
- Manage customer lifecycle campaigns (email, SMS, loyalty programs).
- Segment audiences and personalize offers to maximize repeat purchases.
- Monitor CLV (Customer Lifetime Value) and implement tactics to increase retention.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Build dashboards and track KPIs for traffic, conversion, and revenue.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data trends.
- Benchmark performance against industry standards.
- Growth Innovation
- Identify and test new growth channels (influencer marketing, partnerships, affiliate networks)
- Drive growth by evaluating, launching, and optimizing new digital sales channels.
- Explore and implement innovative digital platforms and marketplaces to grow e-commerce sales.
- Explore opportunities in SEO, content marketing, and social commerce.
- Stay up to date with digital trends and apply best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 3–5 years’ proven experience in performance marketing, digital growth, or ecommerce.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make growth recommendations.
- Hands-on experience with paid ads, CRO, SEO, CRM, and email marketing.
- Creative problem-solver with a “test and learn” mindset.
- Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
