Roles and Responsibilities-

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly Management Accounts, yearly Financial Statements, budgets and other financial reports.
  • Liaising with auditors for quarterly closing, tax authorities for assessment & other compliance and with our Parent company for regular MIS and information apart from financial account closing.
  • Manage cash flow and treasury.
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations for all bank accounts and day to day working with banks.
  • Responsible for work of team mates working under Finance . Ensuring that job assigned to them is completed as per laid out procedures & within timelines.
    • Ensure timely making and booking of accounts payable and billing and collection towards accounts receivable.
    • Ensure monthly and yearly statutory returns relative to VAT, CSG & PAYE are submitted as prescribed by legislature/statue.
    • Booking assets on monthly basis and ensure the Fixed Asset register is kept up to date at all times and periodically carrying out physical verification of assets.
  • Making various papers on processes and approvals with regard to job assigned in areas of Finance/Treasury and Administration
  • Preparing various management MIS and schedules, liaising with channel partners for meeting day to day business needs.
  • Any other assignment as given by Management.

 

Candidate Profile

  • Fully qualified ACCA. Candidates appearing for final semesters/papers can be considered.
  • Knowledge of IFRS, VAT, Income Tax Act & Customs procedures
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
  • Working Knowledge of Accounting Software SAP would be an added advantage for the applicant.
  • It is expected that candidate be a fast learner and is able to carry out transactions handled by team for effective management and step in times of requirement.
  • Valid driving license and own vehicle is desirable.
  • Self-Driven, Dedicated, hardworking, sincere, resilient, thriving when working under pressure.
