About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Data Architect who will support the definition, standardization and harmonization of data models.
As a Data Architect you will be responsible for building and maintaining data models, shape data governance practices, support processes of compliance. Doing so you will ensure transparency, scalability and accessibility of organizational data.
Which tasks can you expect?
- Create and maintain data models, define data structures, and standardize data definitions.
- Collaborate with IT, business stakeholders, and data analysts to align data architecture with organizational goals.
- Follow data quality, consistency, and governance practices and apply to data modeling activities.
- Evaluate and implement data management technologies and tools.
- Define and enforce data security and privacy practices.
What do you have to offer?
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Data Architect, Data Engineer, or similar role.
- Experience with data modeling tools
- Understanding of data governance, compliance, and security standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of database systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, cloud databases).
- Familiarity with ETL tools, data warehousing, integration platforms and big data platforms.
- HR & Payroll experience
- Experience with Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Certifications in cloud platforms
- 5 years of experience in data architecture
