Data Analytics Analysts

Assist foreign audit teams with data analytics solutions to support and perform audit testing.

Responsibilities:

• Support audit teams with financial data extraction and compilation from financial systems
• Load data into data analytics solutions, and perform initial reviews and quality checks after data has been loaded
• Cleanse and correct common data issues
•  Keep audit teams and management informed of progress and/or issues noted
• Assist the Corporate Finance department in compiling data to produce structured datapacks for due diligence purposes
• Assist other departments (Assurance, Accounts preparation, Bookkeeping) within BDO Solutions as and when required

Experience

• Basic experience in Accounting/Bookkeeping/Audit/Finance
• Some understanding of financial accounting systems and concepts and data extraction methods. Experience of working with data will be an advantage

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Degree in Accounting/Finance/Statistics
• HSC with good grades in Mathematics at principal level
