Data Analyst(ESG)

This role supports our data-driven sustainability diagnostics and tool development. The ideal candidate will blend analytical skills with a passion for sustainability to generate insights, assessments, and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform materiality assessments and sustainability diagnostics using qualitative and quantitative tools.
• Manage and visualize data using Power BI, Excel, and Tableau.
• Support research and benchmarking for sector-specific sustainability trends.
• Contribute to the improvement of the Kcious tool and scoring mechanisms.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in data analytics, ideally in ESG or sustainability contexts.
• Strong knowledge of Excel, Power BI, and/or Tableau.
• Capacity to work with both structured and unstructured data.
• Understanding of ESG indicators and impact measurement frameworks is a plus.
• Experience conducting surveys and stakeholder interviews.
