The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for delivering high-quality service to clients by addressing their needs efficiently and courteously.

 

Responsibility  

  • Process and follow up of all applications and agreements
  • Provide good customer service and enhance the customer journey experience
  • Collaborate with other department
  • Sales and cross selling of CIM products
  • Handle payments at the counter (cashiering)
  • Handle and follow up of customer queries, complaints, and requests

Profile
 
  • Minimum SC
  • One year experience would be advantageous
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office tools
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to remain patient and calm in difficult or stressful situations
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Administrative skills
