We’re Hiring – Work from Home | Customer Service / Logistics Administrator
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support our team with a mix of administrative and customer service tasks.
This is a fully remote position, requiring a stable high-speed internet connection. We’ll provide all the necessary equipment to help you work efficiently from home.
Shift Overview: Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM
Key Responsibilities:
Handling and managing parcel data with accuracy.
Supporting logistics operations through various administrative tasks.
Assisting with customer service queries when required.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
What we’re looking for:
Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication abilities
At least one year of experience in customer service, preferably in a logistics-related environment
Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or related fields
Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
Confident in using Microsoft Excel and other office tools
Effective communication and problem-solving skills
Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
