We’re Hiring – Work from Home | Customer Service / Logistics Administrator

 

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support our team with a mix of administrative and customer service tasks.

This is a fully remote position, requiring a stable high-speed internet connection. We’ll provide all the necessary equipment to help you work efficiently from home.


Shift Overview: Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling and managing parcel data with accuracy.

  • Supporting logistics operations through various administrative tasks.

  • Assisting with customer service queries when required.

  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.

What we’re looking for:

  • Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication abilities

  • At least one year of experience in customer service, preferably in a logistics-related environment

  • Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or related fields

  • Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail

  • Confident in using Microsoft Excel and other office tools

  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills

  • Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
