Responsibilities:
Customer Focus
. Drive customer service
. Organise with the team service providers calendar
. Ensure that after sales flowchart is adhered to with the team
. Drive customer satisfaction through online feedback form
, Manage external service providers; transport and technicians
Equipment Sales
. Drive equipment sales and operating profit as per budget figures
. To ensure margin are adhered to for equipment
. Monitor operating expenses
People
. Motivate team and develop team spirit
. Prepare training program through MyRicho
. Share positive energy and ability energise others
Leadership
. Ability to make tough calls
. Executional excellence; very simply get things done
. Passion; they care deeply and believe as if business was their own
Profile:
. 5 years experience in IT as Administrator and Consultant working with B2B customers
. Computer Literate; apt at using Microsoft Office specifically Excel to analyse data
. Ability to make presentations using customer history and data
. To be comfortable using Ricoh Portals
