About the role

Le Chargé de Relations assure la relation du service clients pour le portefeuille de clients dont il a la charge, et ce, dans le respect des procédures de l'entreprise pour la satisfaction des clients

 

About you

> Assure le traitement des demandes orales et écrites sur les périmètres d'activités suivants :

Gestion administrative, fidélisation, proposition de nouveaux services adaptés aux besoins du client, traitement des réclamations, accompagnement des clients dans leurs démarches au sein d'Orange et informations et conseil auprès des gestionnaires de flotte

> Contribue à l'amélioration constante de la qualité de service :

Contribue aux actions et projets transverses, remonte tout dysfonctionnement de nature à altérer la qualité du service et propose des axes d'amélioration par des remontées vers la hiérarchie et au travers du Système

 

Qualité

> Participe à la montée en connaissance des conseillers clients soutiens

>Transmet son savoir faire, les particularités et spécificités de gestion des clients.

> Assure la relation avec les clients et la force de vente au travers de réunions

 

Compétences requises :

  1. Connaissance des processus métiers et qualité
  2. Connaissance des offres
  3. Connaissance de la stratégie et de l'organisation 

 

Savoir-faire (compétences techniques) 

1. Gérer la relation avec les clients

2. Analyser le besoin client et proposer des solutions
