A customer service agent is responsible for interacting with customers, addressing their inquiries, providing information, resolving issues, and facilitating transactions on behalf of a company or organization.
We are looking for Both English and French Speaking Agents
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer enquirers, and provide accurate and timely information.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues, and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Work together with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Continuously improve your customer service skills and knowledge through training and development.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to converse with others.
- Knowledge of customer service principles, data protection and practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at the same time.
- Capable in Microsoft Office.
