Join our team! We’re looking for enthusiastic professionals with customer service experience.

 

We’re hiring customer service agents for retail, fashion, and logistics campaigns, starting late Oct–early Nov. Strong communication skills and experience with phone, email, and chat required.


This is a fully remote role, so a reliable high-speed internet connection is essential. All necessary equipment will be provided to ensure you can perform your duties effectively from home.


Person Specification: Customer Service Role

 Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role.

  • Experience handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

  • Familiarity with customer support software, CRM systems.

  • Previous experience in fast-paced or multi-channel customer service environments is preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to respond quickly and effectively.

  • High level of professionalism, empathy, and patience when dealing with customers.

  • Adaptable and open to feedback, with a commitment to continuous learning.

  • Strong time management and organizational skills, able to work independently in a remote setting.

  • Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude, able to collaborate effectively with colleagues.

Personal Attributes:

  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused.

  • Calm under pressure and able to handle challenging situations professionally.

  • Reliable and punctual, with a strong sense of responsibility.

Key Requirements:

  • At least one year of experience in customer service, preferably in a dynamic setting.

  • Skilled at managing customer interactions via phone, email, and chat.

  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Quick thinker with solid problem-solving abilities, able to handle issues efficiently.

  • Dependable, punctual, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.

  • Willingness to adapt, take feedback, and pursue ongoing learning and improvement.

  • Maintains composure and professionalism when addressing difficult or complex customer situations.
