Customer Care

 Coordinate administrative formalities as per customers’ needs

  • Handle the Customer Service Hotline after office hours
  • Compile reports and statistics
  • Coordinate sales with representatives
  • Provide assistance to front liners
  • Prepare Excursions, Arrival & Departure Lists
  • Complaints monitoring
  • Medical Assistance monitoring

 Products & Quality Assurance duties

 Implementation of departmental procedures with all Heads of Department

  • Constant monitoring and update of procedures where necessary
  • Assist the Head of Operations to prepare manuals and other materials describing procedures and standards for implementation
  • Responsible for the supervision of quality standards within all departments
  • Make quality checks on the field to ensure that the standards and procedures set by the company are followed
  • Provide rates sheets, facts sheets of suppliers to all concerned departments
  • Monitoring online Guest Satisfaction Survey and produce reports to all concerned
  • Monitoring of the profit margin of suppliers in accordance with Accounts Department
