We are seeking a Corporate Administrator to join our team in Port Louis. This is a full-time, on-site position. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring that our clients meet all statutory, legal, and regulatory obligations while upholding the highest standards of corporate governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain statutory records and prepare/file statutory returns
- Ensure compliance with company law, regulatory, and governance requirements
- Organize and attend board/shareholder meetings; draft minutes and resolutions
- Handle client stakeholder queries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the company's team
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field (ICSA studies a plus)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Corporate Administration or related role
- Strong knowledge of Corporate Governance, Legal Compliance, and Company Law
- Skilled in preparing and filing statutory returns and managing statutory records
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently
