Corporate Administrator

 

Our client is seeking to recruit a Corporate Administrator to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with clients, including submitting board packs to the Board of Directors.
  • Drafting resolutions, minutes of meetings, agreements.
  • Liaising with banks, other financial institutions / service providers.
  • Processing bank transactions.
  • Reviewing transactions, agreements, supporting documents.
  • Conducting relevant compliance reporting / checks.
  • Ensuring clients adhere to the relevant laws and regulations.
  • Other company secretarial and administrative work.

Desirable Qualifications and Experience:

  • Holder of a degree (minimum 2:1) in Management / Finance / Law.
  • Experience: 0 to 3 years.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
