We're seeking a passionate and skilled Cook to join our team. You'll be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious dishes and maintaining impeccable kitchen standards. This role requires efficiency, precision, and a commitment to quality.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Food Preparation: Measure, chop, mix, and cook ingredients according to established recipes and quality standards.

Recipe Execution: Prepare and plate a variety of menu items, ensuring consistency in taste, portion size, and presentation.

Kitchen Hygiene: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation and kitchen area, adhering to all food safety regulations.

Equipment Operation: Safely operate various kitchen appliances like stoves, ovens, grills, and mixers.

Inventory & Stock: Monitor ingredient levels, rotate stock, and assist with ordering supplies.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with chefs, servers, and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Cook or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and food safety.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
