Our client is looking for a Community Manager.

 

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and dynamic Community Manager to handle the online and visual presence of our real estate and restaurant clusters. The ideal candidate is skilled in content creation, visual storytelling, and social media engagement, with hands-on experience in photography, videography, and design tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and community engagement.
  • Create high-quality visual content (photos, videos, reels, graphics) using Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and Adobe Suite.
  • Plan and coordinate photoshoots and drone captures for properties, events, and restaurant promotions.
  • Manage and grow the brand’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Ensure consistent visual identity and tone of voice across all marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to promote key campaigns and activities.
  • Monitor analytics and community feedback to improve content performance and audience reach.

Profile Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field.
  • Proven experience in content creation, social media management, and visual production.
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro (or similar tools).
  • Knowledge of drone photography/videography is a strong advantage.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
