Colorist

We are seeking a talented and creative Colorist to join our team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

This role involves:

1. Receive order from Sales on Dashboard/ inderdepartmental Memo

2. Carry out dispensing on Polymatch system

3. Request Base from store

4. Prepare APS on Kapci system

5. Prepare APS with NC Paints ( Duco)

6. Prepare Polydeco using bases

7. Monitoring of colourmatching process

9. Ensure that all requests are met within deadline.

10. Supervise staff and all other activities running in the department

11. Inventory of leftover colored paints ordered by salesman.

12. All equipments must be kept clean

13. Machines and equipments must be handled with care

14. Tools must be stacked in the appropriate and designated place.

15. Head of Section is accountable for all loss and damage of tools.

16. Wear Personal Protective Equipment when required

17. Maintain a clean and safe working environment in the workshop

18. Training of new recruits in terms of H& S in the department to prevent injury.

19. Housekeeping to be done on daily basis.
