Our client is recruiting a Clients Ops Analyst-L2.
The role requires administrative and finance capabilities and the candidate needs to manage according with Digital Investment team
Job Responsibilities:
- Monthly financial statement of Programmatic activities for each CLIENT/DSP
- Invoice verification and reconciliation
- Financial statement for all tech providers activated for Search/Social (Bid management tool) and Adoperation activities (adserver tool)
- Support to manager administrative check with Resources CR/IT
- Weekly/Monthly Reporting
- Support to manage invoices on administrative system (Abc4)
Qualification and Experience
- Ideally a Diploma/degree (management/accounting)
- Minimum of 1 year working experience in a similar position.
- You have a very strong command of Excel and a strong affinity for working with numbers
- You already have between 1 to 3 years of experience in similar roles.
- You have strong interpersonal skills, enjoy working in a team, and have a natural inclination for contact and communication.
- You possess qualities such as rigor, adaptability, reliability, a strong sense of organization, analytical thinking, and autonomy.
- Beyond technical skills, you enjoy understanding your department's requirements in order to bring greater meaning and relevance to your work.
- An interest in media and a good command of English would be an advantage.
Working hours: 10:00am-19:00pm / 11:00am – 20:00pm
