To assist CROs in creating, nurturing, and managing long term business relationships with Individuals and SMEs clients, ensuring that they receive the customised service they need.

 

Main Duties: 

  • Assist in performing as key contact for selected customer relationships under the Team Leader’s guidance.
  • Provide assistance to ensure on time and scheduled response to clients, within shortest delay.
  • Assist CROs in providing competitive quotations and ensure follow-ups are done for same.
  • Ensure adequate checking of insurance related documents / client instructions received.
  • Perform detailed follow up on missing documents / documents requiring modifications, from insurers.
  • Provide reports as and when needed by your reporting line.
Education And Qualifications:

Qualifications & Experience

  • HSC or any other certification in management.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position or in a customer service sector.

Specialised Knowledge and skills

  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  • Good negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Possess flexibility and adaptability to manage changing work requirements and varying volumes of work.
  • Ability to work co-operatively and effectively within the team and the company.
  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within set parameters.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, solve problems, and meets deadlines.
  • Being proactive, accountable, and taking ownership of tasks assigned / duties to handle.
  • Good computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook).
