We are looking for a meticulous and service-oriented Claims Support Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and operational support to ensure the efficient handling of claims functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage incoming emails and documents.
- Attend to basic client inquiries and handle incoming phone calls.
- Process transactions in the operating system, including claims registration and closure, payments, and reserve modifications.
- Provide regular statistics and information to the reporting line.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Higher School Certificate (HSC) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in administration.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good written and spoken English and French.
