Responsible for overseeing the planning, development and execution of an organization's marketing and sales initiatives.

Direct Responsibilities:
- Establish product and market strategy and set up a Marketing plan for the Company in line with the Company’s objective.
- Responsible for the sales growth for the domestic and regional market.
- Set up KPI’s for the sales and devise means to measure KPI’s.
- Set up from scratch and manage a system of Customer Relationship Management.
- Lead and motivate the Sales Team to achieve best result possible.
- Setting activity and revenue target for members of the sales team as per approved Company budget.
- Continual training and development of the whole Sales and Marketing Department.
- Organising and attending key meeting with members of the Sales and Marketing team.
- Prepare and present monthly report sales performance against budget abd report in variances.
- Understanding barriers and Engineering Consultant requirement and develop a comprehensive product strategy for Mauritius.
- Formulate and execute business development plan for new products.
- Constantly review the Sales and Marketing structure with a view to innovate and promote team spirit.
- Identify key areas for improvement for the sales and marketing process.
- Suggest improvements to working practices.
Specific duties & responsibilities:
- Ensure your understanding of the Company’s Mission statement & Quality Policy in the context of MS ISO 9001-2015
- Compliance with the Company’s Safety and Health Policy / Procedures within the organization. Respect and implement the Quality Management Systems Policies and Procedures.
- Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of non-conformity within your working area.
- Work under strict supervision of the head of department and participate actively in meeting the set goals and objectives of your department.
