Channel Developer

The Channel Developer will be responsible for ensuring optimal product availability, visibility, freshness, and customer satisfaction across assigned outlets. The role involves daily field visits, order placement, stock monitoring, and market intelligence gathering.

Main duties:

• Build and maintain excellent customer relationship.
• Support sales and merchandising activities across assigned outlets.
• Conduct daily sales visits as per assigned routing.
• Check product freshness, expiry dates, and product rotation (FIFO)
• Place accurate orders.
• Collect basic market information such as competitor prices, promotions and new products.
• Monitor stock levels on shelves and in backstore

Profile

• 2 years of experience in the same position
• Higher school Certificate
• Holder of a valid driving licence
