Cashier (Day/Night Shift) as per roster

City Clinic is a well-established healthcare provider offering exceptional medical services. We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Cashier to join our team. The successful candidate will play an essential role in managing patient transactions and providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process patient payments accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment.
• Provide receipts and manage billing queries.
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier area.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
• Ensure excellent customer service and communicate with patients/patient relatives in a courteous and professional manner.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a cashier or similar role preferred.
• Must be able to work both day and night shifts, including weekends and public holidays as per the roster.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash and transactions.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Basic computer literacy for processing payments and handling patient information.
