We are looking for a passionate and result oriented sales & technical professional who will be the liaison between the clients and the company. You will be the main support to drive business growth exceptional customer service and ensuring production meets the sales target.

Main Accountabilities

Sales Administration

Prepare costing and quotes with the support of finance and production
Follow-up on Sales KPIs and report to management
Drive weekly meetings with production & pre-production meetings
Ensure that POs are compliant with the Purchase and Products specifications.
Inform the customers on order status and their shipment delivery
Weekly and monthly monitoring of targeted versus achieved sales and presentation to management

Lead Management

Develop and maintain client relationship by understanding technical needs
Ensure OTIF on delivery to client
Ensure coordination between Production/Quality/Supply Chain /R&D so as to maximise customer satisfaction

New Lead Generation

Identify new sales opportunities with existing customers
Market research of key potential buyers in international market
Analyse market data to identify new business opportunities

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma in sales/marketing
Engineering/technical background would be a plus
At least 3 years experience in a similar role with a strong background in both technical and commercial aspects

Skills & Attributes

Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment
Planification and problem-solving skills
Good MS office skills
