CAD TECHNICIAN

A 4-5 year experience in architectural drafting and technical drawing production, proficiency in 3D modelling, Autocad / ArchiCAD, Revit / sketch up for a contract basis, with the potential for a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Developing architectural and design presentations.

- Coordinating drawings between various disciplines (MEP and Structural).

- Documenting building details and specifications. 

Qualifications and Experience:

- Certificate in AutoDesk®,  Revit® or ArchiCAD (bonus if versed in Lumion® or Enscape®).

- Proven ability to meet deadlines and work in a team environment.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Minimum of 4 - 5 years' experience in 2D & 3D technical drafting

- Experienced in coordination of drawings between design consultants (MEP/ SEng/ ID).
