Butler - Russian Speaker

The Russian-Speaking Butler provides highly personalized, discreet, and anticipatory service to guests, ensuring an exceptional luxury experience throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned guests, delivering personalized and anticipatory butler services.

• Communicate fluently in Russian to understand guest preferences, requests, and special needs.

• Assist guests with unpacking/packing, room orientation, and in-room services.

• Coordinate dining reservations, spa appointments, excursions, transportation, and special arrangements.

• Liaise with Housekeeping, Front Office, F&B, Spa, and Concierge to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Handle guest requests, complaints, and special occasions with professionalism and discretion.

• Maintain detailed guest preference profiles and ensure continuity of service.

• Ensure guest rooms and amenities meet luxury presentation standards at all times.

• Uphold confidentiality and adhere strictly to service, grooming, and brand standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Fluency in Russian and English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.

• Previous experience as a Butler or in luxury hospitality / guest relations is preferred.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• High level of professionalism, discretion, and cultural awareness.

• Well-groomed appearance and strong service etiquette.

• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
