Description:
The role Business Development Executive – Leasing to help grow our leasing business for new and pre-owned vehicles. Your job will be to build strong relationships with dealerships, promote our leasing products, find new clients, and create opportunities for cross-selling. You’ll also work on growing our existing portfolio through referrals and partnerships.
Responsibility
- Visit clients and companies regularly to build new business.
- Meet monthly sales targets and deliver presentations to potential clients.
- Spot new market trends, understand competitors, and stay updated on products.
- Create promotional ideas and materials.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide tailored solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and risk management guidelines.
- Manage portfolio quality and performance against financial and operational goals.
- Develop customer relationship plans and work closely with dealers and suppliers.
- Make sure deals are profitable and at the right risk-adjusted rate.
- Increase the number of leads referred to CFSL.
- Handle additional tasks as needed within the business unit.
- Be organized, customer-focused, and able to multitask under deadlines.
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field (preferred).
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in sales or business development.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and French.
- Strong understanding of financial and banking sectors, with the ability to analyze and assess financial data.
- Highly organized with effective planning skills.
- Must hold a valid driver’s license.
