We are looking for a proactive and relationship‑driven Business Development Executive focused on Factoring, to support the growth of our factoring business. In this role, you will connect with prospective clients, understand their financial needs, and promote our factoring solutions. You will also manage the full sales cycle - from initial outreach to onboarding - while working closely with internal teams. This position is well‑suited to individuals who enjoy structured processes, clear goals, and meaningful client interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Engage with prospective clients through regular outreach and scheduled meetings.
- Convert leads into new factoring clients and promote cross‑selling opportunities.
- Sales Process & Documentation
- Manage the full sales cycle for corporate and SME clients.
- Prepare client files, including KYC and supporting documentation.
- Collaborate with analysts and credit teams to secure approvals.
- Draft proposals and contracts within required timeframes.
- Track and report monthly sales performance.
- Customer & Stakeholder Support
- Ensure smooth client service and timely updates within agreed SLAs.
- Maintain strong communication with internal teams and contribute to monthly reviews
Profile:
- Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; equivalent practical experience in the factoring industry is also valued.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales; exposure to factoring is an advantage.
- Ability to communicate clearly with diverse clients and internal teams.
- Comfortable with structured targets, clear processes, and follow‑through.
