The bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining financial records, handling bookkeeping tasks, performing bank reconciliations, managing sales and purchase ledgers and running client accounts using Xero.

Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping
- Invoicing
- Recording supplier bills
- Payment of bills in online banking systems
- Payroll payments in online banking systems
- Bank reconciliations
- Administrative support to management as requested
- Running a trial balance in the system
- Chasing outstanding client debtors
- Assisting with running reports in the system / providing invoices to auditors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- 3+ bookkeeping experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Xero advantageous but not essential)
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
