- Ensure achievement of the shop sales targets and key performance indicators, both at the individual and collective level.

- Guarantee the consistency of merchandising, grooming, and posting.
- Coordinate communication counter events and store animations.
- Perform sales analysis and propose actions for improvement.
- Manage back-office efficiently: sales analysis & reporting, stock management and shift schedule.
- Collaborate closely with sales supervisor or head office and proactively provide feedback for continuous improvement
