The Assistant Production Supervisor will provide support to the Production Lead/ Supervisor in managing the production.
Mian Duties:
- Meet production targets during shift in relation to KPIs
- Meet sugar bagging and logistics targets during shifts and report on shortcomings
- Participate in planning for export and local markets
- Assist in solving of technical and organisational issues on bagging lines
- Follow-up on deviations recorded in specifications
- Assisyt in preventive maintenance work plans
Profile:
- Good leadership and organisational skills
- Self-motivated and results oriented
- Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ready to work on shift
Qualifications:
- Holder of SC/ HSC or equivalent qualification
- Holder of DUST, HND or BTS in Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or any equivalent qualification
- Experience in an industrial environment would be an advantage
