Assistant Manager – Financial Services
We are inviting applications for the position of Assistant Manager to support its management, operational, and compliance functions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, or Management
- Minimum three (3) years of proven experience within the financial services sector
- Prior exposure to Compliance, AML/CFT, or regulatory reporting will be a strong advantage
Required Competencies
- Fully computer literate, with excellent command of Microsoft Office and digital business tools
- Sound understanding of CRM systems and client lifecycle management
- Working knowledge of digital marketing, online client engagement, and business development strategies
- Good understanding of the Mauritian regulatory framework, including FSC requirements
- Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work with discretion, integrity, and professionalism in a regulated environment
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior management in operational and administrative functions
- Support compliance monitoring, internal controls, and regulatory obligations
- Contribute to client relationship management and service optimisation
- Assist in digital marketing initiatives and data-driven reporting
- Prepare internal reports and support audit and regulatory reviews
